Café Los Grisales was born from a love for the land, tradition, and the desire to share the true origin of Colombian coffee. We are a family brand that has built its path from the farm itself, growing specialty coffee with dedication, respect for the environment, and a commitment to quality at every stage of the process.

Our specialty coffee is grown at Finca Vista Hermosa, in the Alto del Toro village, surrounded by the mountains of Risaralda and near the iconic Piedras Marcadas in Dosquebradas. There, every bean tells a story: from planting and manual harvesting to its transformation through carefully selected washed, honey, and natural processes that bring out unique, authentic flavor profiles.

We believe in transparency and in a direct connection with those who enjoy our coffee. That's why at Café Los Grisales we don't just offer a product, we offer a full traceability experience, where every customer can follow the journey of the coffee from seed to cup. This approach allows us to guarantee quality, identity, and a real link to our origin.

We bring the flavor of Finca Vista Hermosa to the heart of Pereira. Today we have two café-bar locations: one at Centro Comercial Pereira Plaza and another at Unicentro, where you can enjoy drinks prepared with our own specialty coffee, explore different brewing methods, and take home a bag of coffee processed by our family. On every visit you'll find the same warmth of our farm: close attention, real knowledge, and coffee with name, story, and guaranteed origin.

In the heart of Pereira you'll find two Café Bar locations where the specialty coffee from Finca Vista Hermosa is the star. Every drink is brewed with beans harvested and processed by us, ensuring full traceability: you know exactly who, where and how what you're drinking was grown. We don't sell just any coffee — we sell ours, with name and origin.
